RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Rest assured, if a material defect is identified within the applicable warranty period, Minimlizm will diligently rectify the situation. These warranties are limited in nature and exclusively apply to the original customer who can provide proof of purchase.

Regrettably, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges in cases where the furniture does not meet the specified dimensions and cannot be accommodated within your premises.

Cancellation of orders can be accommodated within 24 hours of placement or prior to shipment, whichever occurs earlier. In the event of a cancellation, please be advised that refund processing will entail a deduction of 5% of the order value or payment gateway charges, depending on whichever amount is higher. We strive to facilitate prompt resolution, and as such, the refund will be issued within 15 working days after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.



RETURN POLICY

To qualify for a return, the product and its accompanying items must be returned in their original packaging and remain in the same condition as received. Please note that products acquired through promotional offers or discounted schemes are not eligible for exchange.
