WARRANTY POLICY

We do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external agencies, atmospheric conditions, or unauthorized modifications.

Scope of Warranty:
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, wood and metal finishes, ripping of tailoring seams, joinery of wooden structures, and joints of metal structures. Changes in finishes over time and natural softening of foam with use do not constitute defects under this warranty.

Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover consequential damage or losses, repairs or modifications by external agencies, deterioration due to atmospheric conditions, normal wear and tear, or certain materials like mirror, glass, stone, marble, and acrylic.

Manufacturer's Decision:
The manufacturer's decision in handling warranty claims shall be final and binding.

Please note in areas of humidity and coastal proximity, solid wood may have a tendency to split. As a customer, you assume full responsibility prior to making a purchase.
